IDC Spring Wins Piqua Chamber Commercial Beautification Award

IDC Spring is proud to share that we are being recognized by the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce for our recent expansion efforts. Beginning in 2019, IDC Spring kickstarted construction on our Ohio plant with the intention of boosting production lead times for our clients in the trucking, transit and agricultural industries. We made it known early on that our mission is to move people forward with purpose, so our Ohio facility has been remodeled to help us welcome new employees in upcoming months.

Receiving the Piqua Chamber Commercial Beautification Award is a reflection of our passion for what we do. IDC Spring is always looking for new ways to improve our garage door and mechanical spring manufacturing processes. Our Ohio plant now measures over 66,000 square feet, making us better equipped to meet the growing demands of our clients across the Eastern Region.

A New Home for Our Employees We Call Family

IDC Spring is honored to take home such a prestigious award in a location we’ve occupied for more than half a decade. We added our Piqua, Ohio, facility back in 2013 to streamline shipping practices and communication with our partners on the East Coast. Our custom product line has given us the opportunity to grow in terms of employee numbers as well as manufacturing capabilities, so we are thrilled with the final results of our latest remodel project.

The goal behind our Ohio plant was to offer some of the fastest lead times in our industry as well as give in-house workers a place to safely train and complete objectives. From bulk orders to stock springs, IDC Spring continues to put our customers first by providing our team with the resources they need to keep our promises to you.

We’ve Expanded Our Ohio Production Floor

One of the main priorities of our expansion was to increase the size of our Ohio production floor. We’ve installed additional machines and technology to effectively meet the needs of our clients. The IDC Spring location in Piqua, Ohio, is well-equipped for quick production turnarounds and order fulfillment with a fully remodeled docking area.

IDC Spring values its employees, so we centered our facility blueprints around safety and convenience.
