Jeremy oversees many aspects of the company. He especially likes working with production and driving the growth of technology and automation. Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Adam has led manufacturing processes for mid-sized and large businesses for over 20 years. He strives to lead by example with respect and integrity. Adam enjoys working in people focused cultures.

Kristine is responsible for all aspects of people strategy. She loves working for a company that lives its mission everyday through people commitment and connection.

As Director of Sales and Marketing, Jenny thrives on building meaningful connections with people. Her passion for the industry is driven by the relationships and the positive impact we create together.

Diana enjoys being a part of a team that develops systems and processes enabling us to deliver exceptional service and quality products and help our team members grow and learn. Our guarantee is We Make it Right.

Lucas oversees all software, hardware, security and risk. He is a collaborative leader, consistently driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Outside of work, Lucas enjoys running and hiking.

Kevin Nelson graduated from MSU Moorhead with a Degree in Accounting and obtained certification as a Certified Management Accountant from the IMA. Kevin feels honored to be a member of the IDC Team.

Joe started at IDC Spring in Jan. 2022 with previous supply chain experience in the construction industry, specifically prefabricated concrete. He coordinates procurement and inventory at all three locations.

James’ focus is people and how he can serve and support them. James has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Rodney appreciates IDC Springs’ focus on moving people forward with purpose. His career involves supporting and developing others, overcoming challenges, and discovering new possibilities.
