In 2007 IDC Spring announced the acquisition of Holmes Spring Manufacturing from Clopay Corporation. This acquisition allowed IDC Spring to expand our customer base beyond the Midwest while retaining the Holmes One-Piece Spring Brand and reputation that its customers have grown to trust over the years.
